Rick
was raised near the small ranching and farming community of Ericson, Nebraska. He has been
involved in the sale of several ranches in
Nebraska
and South Dakota. This has given Rick the opportunity to
become acquainted with many people, and
the many aspects of the agricultural communities. Rick began his work
in the
Real Estate field in 1999. He is licensed in Nebraska, South Dakota and
North Dakota.
Missy
was raised in the rural community of Isabel, located in northwest South Dakota. She began her career
in Real Estate in 2000. Specializing in rural acreage,
commercial, and residential properties. Missy has been involved
in the sale of
many properties in the area over the past few years.
We
offer you our extensive background in working ranch management. Twenty-five
years of experience in ranching,
livestock and grass management, concentrating

Mike
Baxter
Mike was raised in Blaine County Nebraska with cattle and
horse ranching as his predominate background.
Mike and his wife Linn have
conducted hundreds of sales and auctions in the last 22 years of their 30 years
of
marriage. Selling small Household &/or Antiques to large Ranch and Farm
Equipment Sales as well as Real Estate.
Mike has represented his profession with
self-set high standards and professional goals. The successful
accomplishment of
these goals is evident in many awards including World Champion Livestock
Auctioneer in 1995.
Mike also has held positions of office as an auctioneer
within the state of
Nebraska
. Mike obtained his Real
Estate
License in 1986 and has just recently joined Weber and Company Real Estate, as a
Sales Associate.
Nancy Blumenstock
Nancy is a Sales Associate and the Office Manager here at Weber and Company Real Estate. Licensed in
Nebraska and South Dakota. She is originally from the ranching
& farming community of west central South
Dakota, where she was raised on the family ranch east of Newell and also the family farm on the Belle Fourche
Irrigation District. Nancy came to the Sandhills area in 1987. She has worked for and with many of the area
ranchers both new to the area and those who have long time roots here. Nancy has experience selling both

Curt Weber
Curt was raised and currently resides east of Ericson, NE, in Wheeler County. He has been involved in farming
and ranching all of his life. He owns and operates a back-grounding feedlot/ranch on the place his family has
operated for 3 generations. He and his wife Terri, have 6 children, 4 of which are still living at home on the ranch.
Curt earned his license in 2006. He is ready to represent you and your property. Curt's background offers you
years of experience and gained knowledge in all aspects of farming and ranching.
