The Evergreen Farms consists of 2 farm units located 6 miles apart near
Hwy 20 in Cherry and Brown Counties of Nebraska.
There are a total of 682+/- acres of which 549.73 +/- acres are registered pivot
irrigation acres and the remaining 132+/- acres are grass pasture with the
live water of Evergreen Creek in both units.
This property includes a 145.87+/- acre CRP unit to be irrigated and farmable in the
2012 farming season. The Seller will pay cash rent for the CRP acres as producing
ground for the current year and 2011 with plans to develop, produce and harvest in
2012. A new pivot and associated equipment will be installed on these CRP acres.
Included in this offer is all of the irrigation equipment, plus an 8500 gal capacity
steel fuel storage tank station and fertilizer station located at the Woodlake unit.
The fertilizer plant built in 2009 consists of four 3,000 gal. cone bottom poly tanks
and two 3,000 gal. flat bottom poly tanks with metering system, storage building,
on/off transport loading plumbing, filling equipment and non-potable water well
with submersible pump.
